Episode 5: The Royal Albatross Centre
Whilst wildlife rescuers are busy with daily dramas, quietly ticking away in the background is one of New Zealand’s greatest conservation success stories. The majestic toroa/Northern Royal Albatross raise their chicks on Dunedin’s doorstep every year, with just a little bit of help from Department of Conservation ranger Jim Watts.
